Withdrawals
Understand the available balance, destination Pix key, limits, fee, and withdrawal tracking.
This guide provides more information for the Learn more link in the Request withdrawal dialog.
Open My money, Withdrawals in Production. Viewing withdrawals requires Withdrawals. Requesting one also requires Request withdrawals and View Pix keys for withdrawals. Withdrawals may be blocked on a limited account even when the user has these permissions.
Available to withdraw
The dialog shows three separate amounts:

The total account balance may be higher than the amount available for withdrawal.
Destination Pix key
The withdrawal is sent to the Pix key registered under
Account, Settings, Pix key for withdrawals. The key must belong to the same CNPJ as the company. Raims verifies ownership before saving the destination and again when each withdrawal is requested.
Before confirming, review the masked key, bank, and ISPB shown in the dialog. If the destination is incorrect, select Change Pix key and register the correct key before requesting a withdrawal.
Limits and fee
These are the default conditions for Pix withdrawals:

Times use the São Paulo time zone. The nighttime period runs from 20:00 to 06:00 the following day. Manual and automatic withdrawals requested since 06:00 count toward the daily limit. During the nighttime period, they must also fit within the nighttime limit, which is part of the daily total. The daily limit resets at 06:00. If you withdraw R$ 45.000,00 during the day, you can request up to R$ 5.000,00 at night, provided you have enough balance. Withdrawals being processed count toward the limit; a confirmed failure releases that amount. The dialog shows how much you can request at that time. The remaining amount accounts for withdrawals registered with Raims. A transfer made through another channel on the same account may reduce the limit accepted by the partner institution.
Company-specific conditions may change the default amounts. In that case, the dashboard shows the limits registered for the account before confirmation.
The fee is deducted from the requested amount
The result shows the requested amount, the fee, and the net amount sent to the Pix key separately.
Request and track
Open the request
Go to My money, Withdrawals, Request withdrawal and check the destination Pix key. Register a key first if the screen says there is no destination yet.
Enter the amount
Select Use maximum available to fill in the highest amount allowed at that time.
Confirm the destination, fee, and your identity
Review the details before selecting Request withdrawal. Confirm the action using your account's security method.
Keep the identifier
The screen shows the identifier used to find the request. Acceptance of the request does not yet confirm that the money has reached its destination.
Track the status
Check the list until the withdrawal completes or shows a failure. If the result is being checked, track the same identifier before requesting another withdrawal.
View withdrawal details
- Go to My money, Withdrawals in the environment where the request was made.
- Use the date, identifier, amount, or status filters to find the withdrawal.
- Open the record and check the destination, requested amount, fee, net amount, and reported status.
Track the same identifier while the result is being processed or checked. The request acceptance message does not confirm that the destination institution has credited the funds.
