Automatic withdrawals
Configure a daily withdrawal attempt to the company's verified Pix key.
Automatic withdrawals use the company's verified withdrawal Pix key. An attempt takes place at the configured time when the available balance reaches the minimum amount.
This setting is available in Production and requires Withdrawals, Configure withdrawals, and View Pix keys for withdrawals. Use the default key already verified under
Account, Settings, Pix key for withdrawals.
Scheduling does not guarantee execution
A withdrawal is requested only when there is eligible balance and the Pix key still belongs to the company's CNPJ. Track the result under Withdrawals; the next scheduled execution is not proof of a transfer.
Configured time
Automatic withdrawals are enabled in Production and the selected time has arrived, using São Paulo time.
Account and Pix key
The account is eligible for withdrawals and is not limited. The default Pix key is still verified and belongs to the same CNPJ as the company.
Balance and limit
The eligible balance reaches the configured minimum. The remaining Pix limit allows a withdrawal of at least R$ 2,00.
- Conditions met:
Request the withdrawal
The attempt uses up to the remaining limit. Track the result under Withdrawals; the request does not confirm the transfer.
- A condition is not met:
Skip this attempt
The balance stays in the account. Check the settings, account, Pix key, balance, and limit before waiting for another attempt.
Configure
Open withdrawal settings
Go to Account, Settings, Withdrawals and select Edit.
Enable automatic withdrawals
First, register a withdrawal Pix key under the same CNPJ as the company. When saving activation or changing the amount and time while automatic withdrawals are enabled, confirm the action using your account's security method. The control may be unavailable to users without permission or when the company is limited.
Set the minimum amount
The dashboard accepts amounts between R$ 2,00 and R$ 1.000.000,00. The attempt is skipped when the eligible balance does not reach the minimum. It is also skipped when the remaining Pix limit is below the minimum withdrawal amount of R$ 2,00. Each attempt requests up to the Pix limit available at that time. If the balance is higher, the remainder stays in the account for future attempts.
Choose the time
Choose the time for the daily attempt in 24-hour format. You can choose a daytime or nighttime hour; the applicable Pix limits depend on the time of the attempt. The Dashboard uses the São Paulo time zone and shows the next scheduled execution after the setting is saved.
How the amount is handled
The nighttime period starts at 20:00 and ends at 06:00 the following day, using São Paulo time. During this period, the withdrawal must fit within both the nighttime limit and the remaining daily limit.
| Limit | Period in São Paulo time | Default amount |
|---|---|---|
| Daily, including nighttime withdrawals | From 06:00 to 06:00 the following day | R$ 50.000,00 |
| Nighttime, within the daily limit | From 20:00 to 06:00 the following day | R$ 10.000,00 |
The daily limit resets at 06:00, when the daytime period begins. Manual and automatic withdrawals from the account share the same limit. For example, if R$ 45.000,00 has already been used in the daily cycle, up to R$ 5.000,00 remains for nighttime withdrawals, provided there is available balance.
These are the default amounts. Company-specific conditions may change the account limits; the attempt uses the amounts applicable at that time.
